 Pastor Ivan Scott
Senior Pastor of the Church

Pastor Ivan James Scott, born October 1, 1964 to the late Pastors Charles J. and Mattie R. Scott in Aliquippa, PA. He is a graduate of Center High School (Central Valley School District) and attended the University of Pittsburgh majoring in Psychology. He has been blessed to be a son, brother, father, grandfather, friend to many, mentor to some but most of all, he's a "Man of God". Pastor Ivan Scott was called by God from his mother's womb when the enemy tried to take his life when a car rolled over his mother's stomach. At an early age Pas. Ivan Scott began imitating the men of God he had witnessed (men such as Bish. Melvin Clark and Charles Scott) and began to proclaim that he would be a preacher. The scripture so states in Psalms. 37:37 "Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright, for the end of that man is peace" and so the journey began.

Being brought up in a family of preachers and missionaries, he never though that the plan included pastoring God's people. Even after being ordained an elder in COGIC, Pas. Ivan was content with being "a help" to others within the ministry, but God had a plan that began it's complete formation after Pastor Mattie R. Scott became ill. As he was tending to the sheep, he recognized the way that God was leading and immediately responded to the call. He embraced the glory that God invested in him and allowed the Holy Spirit to direct his steps.

Today, Pastor Ivan Scott is presenting Jesus under the anointing in power and demonstration with "No Limits and No Boundaries", teaching "Holiness in Excellence" while helping his sheep to "Focus to Experience the Manifestations of God's Glory" in their lives hence, giving them "A Transformed Mind to become A Transformed People who will be able to Transform the Atmosphere."

Out of this transformation came the birth of "Prayer Chapel Ministries" where we endeavor to educate, equip, and empower the community with integrity and standards to maintain a successful life in both natural.
